Soft and yummy dorayaki pancakes….it takes just a moment to make them but they are awesome for a delicious breakfast….You can fill them with chocolate or red beans paste as traditionally…

  • 95 gr multipurpose flour (8-10 tbs)

cooking time:

  1. In a medium bowl beat 2 eggs with 1 pinch of salt ,1 tbs olive oil and 1 teasp baking powder
  2. Then, add gradually 4 tbs of sugar (60 gr) , 1 tbs honey (you can skip honey but i advise you to use it because it will give consistency to the batter and then a nice color to the pancakes) ,30 ml water (4-5 tbs )and 95 gr sifted multipurpose flour (8 -10 tbs cca)
  3. Whisk until you obtain a smooth batter then place the bowl in the fridge for 30 min.
