Quick tip : use a good quality dark chocolate chopped roughly in chunks (don’t use chocolate chips if you want your brownies to be amazingly delicious…thank me later :-))
ingredients:
- 260 gr dark chocolate
- 135 gr butter
- 3 eggs
- 135 gr sugar
- 135 gr flour
- 70 gr cocoa powder
- chocolate chips (50 gr)
Baking time:
Preheated oven to 175°C – 25 -30 min
- Yield:9-10 brownies
- Prep time:10 min + baking time
