Muffins with heart

heartbeat muffins

A special recipe for Valentine’s day…a yummy muffin with a love surprise inside …a pretty idea that will surely surprise your loved ones.. i achieved these muffins using the same batter and no particular tools ….this way everybody can make them at home…with these quantities you can make 5 to 6 muffins depending on your muffin pan size but you can easily double the quantities and make more… 🙂 .You can cut the muffins with a knife and a carton heart form that you can make yourself or use a heart biscuit cutter if you have it…don’t worry for the hearts , they wont over bake , they will remain soft inside the muffins..I made these multiple times ..if you want to conserve them for more days you should use melted butter , i used sunflower oil this time but i eated them right away :-)i could’t resist… .Enjoy the recipe and send me a photo if you make them…
